Many individuals still believe that being a vegetarian is monotonous and dull. But in fact, vegetarianism has grown tremendously over the years.

Vegetarianism has become increasingly popular in modern society. People currently stick to a vegetarian diet for a variety of reasons, including health, religion, environmental protection, and animal conservation.

Today's vegetarianism is not as strict as the monks' diet. Previously, vegetarian foods were frequently plain, rustic, and were often deemed uninteresting, but nowadays, vegetarian cuisine has evolved into a unique and appealing culinary backdrop. Not only eating meat but also fasting have to be fancy, delectable, and diverse. Vegetarian meals are becoming more innovative and sophisticated as vegetarianism is expanding worldwide and is regarded as a culinary culture in many nations.

Cooking vegetarian food is a creative process. In which, culinary and visual arts are merged to create eye-catching and appealing foods. Vegetarian cuisines nowadays are not only cost-effective, tasty, and healthful, but also have a lovely aesthetic and delicate presentation. All of the recipes vary in terms of beans, veggies, and tubers, yet they all have distinct flavors that aren't monotonous. This is the genius of the vegetarian chef, who understands how to combine ingredients and taste spices in harmony.

With a wide range of plants and vegetables, Vietnam is considered a vegetarian's paradise. Because of the Buddhist influence in this nation from ancient times, vegetarianism has grown to be quite familiar and established among the population. Today's vegetarian food in Vietnam is varied, excellent, and well-liked by many people both at home and abroad.

In Vietnam, it is not difficult to locate worthy vegetarian eateries. Typically, a vegetarian menu in a Vietnamese restaurant might feature up to 30-50 items, while a buffet can have about a hundred dishes. Vegetarian meals are unique and tastefully presented, surprising the guests in terms of food quality. The meal is also prepared and embellished in a variety of culinary styles, including pure Vietnamese, Thai, Indian, and European vegetarian cuisine…

Many vegetarian restaurants in Vietnam are not hesitant to import ingredients from other countries to improve the taste and novelty of their vegetarian dish. Vegetarian restaurants are particularly interested in the design of the restaurant’s space, as well as the technique to produce an appealing menu. Many families now prefer to provide vegetarian cuisines exclusively at events such as birthdays and weddings.
